Jingle Bells

Christmas time is here! Amali is thrilled beyond belief at the lights, songs, trees, presents, nativities (she loves baby Jesus) and candy canes. She tells everyone "Merry Happy Jesus Birthday!" Now how sweet is that! She dances all day to the Christmas songs we play on Pandora and from her Children's Songbook CD. I've even tapped a few out on the piano! Her favorite tunes are Jingle Bells and Snowman. She loves to shake bells and sing along. She wants to go see Santa, which we have yet to do. We are so excited to share this glorious season with her. The presents under the tree have all been carefully examined by both she and the pupps. I am trying to convince her to wait until Christmas to open them! We drive around Elgin at night and she excitedly shrieks at each decorated house, and there are some pretty amazing ones here! We went and got a tree on Saturday, and decorated it that night. It is really nice to have all of the presents bought or decided upon (still to be made but planned and have everything for,) the decorations done, and cards sent out so we can now just relax and enjoy the season! We have many activities planned, the culmination being going to Oma and Opa's for Christmas Eve and Christmas with Grandpa and Grandma Fernelius there! I will update as we do something fun and seasonal, so more to come! Here are some pics of the past few delicious days!
